Eamar Developments UK Ltd was established in 2012, Eamar purchased their first property which was the family home in Prestbury, along with 3 other houses, not long after Dr Abdullah saw the potential in Wilbraham Court, and the portfolio grew and grew.
Eamar took a big plunge in purchasing the land at San Court in 2015, it was a big project which took 3 years to build.
In 2018 Eamar then purchased Hardy's Well, based on the infamous Curry Mile in Manchester, this developments would allow for 35 apartments and 35 car parking spaces, not long after this we purchased Rock Row in Stockport Town Centre, allowing for 52 Apartments and 12 commercial units. With the portfolio growing, we decided it was time to go bigger and better, and in 2019
purchased an iconic building, The Pyramid in Stockport.

Dr Abdullah Saleh Alnaeem is the CEO for Eamar Developments UK Ltd here in Manchester UK, with a property portfolio around the Manchester and Stockport area, he is also the CEO for Edrak Global Chartered Accountant based in Saudi Arabia, with over 16 years of experience in business, accounting and financial fraud cases.

Dr Abdullah Saleh Alnaeem studied three master's degrees in Financial Management and Advanced Accounting, Financial Risk Management and MBA at Manchester Metropolitan University. He also has a PHD in Political Economics and Risk Management, as well as a qualification in International Chartered Accounting (ACCA and SOCPA) in UK, Saudi Arabia and Egypt and a financial licence for Saudi Ministry of Business.
